| 摘 要： | 介绍了以高性能单片机ATmega2560为主控制器,采用AD7994芯片作数据AD采样,使用USB1.1接口芯片为数据传输手段的新型振动监测仪器的硬件构成;阐述了下位机和上位机的固件及软件开发方法;完成现场测试所需要的采集,存储,传输,数据分析等功能;通过对电机机组的实际监测实验,证明了该仪器通讯快捷,准确可靠,满足现场测试的性能要求。
