摘    要:本文在介绍了基于容积补偿式气体检漏装置的工作原理基础上,分析了其控制系统的软硬件设计。本文所阐述的控制系统是基于ARM9硬件平台和WinCE软件平台,提高了便携性。节约了成本。满足现代气密检测精度高和检测速度快的要求。

Abstract:In this paper,based on the volume of compensation gas leak detection device working principle,to analyze the analysis of its control systems software and hardware design.This paper described the control system that is based on the ARM9 hardware platform and WinCE software platform to enhance the portability,cost savings to meet the needs of modern air tightness and high precision detection and test speed requirements.
