摘    要:本设计以STM32单片机和AD7791实现电子秤的设计。设计采用电阻式应变片组成应变电桥的称重传感器采集重量的电压信号,采用两个零漂移放大器ADA4528组成了前端差分放大电路,设计采用了差分滤波器和共模滤波器,有效抑制了进入模数转换模块AD7791中的噪声,STM32通过SPI接口控制AD7791进行数据A/D转换,读取和数据处理,在LCD显示屏显示测量结果。经过实际测试,称重传感器测量范围在1g^6KG之间,测量范围在10g内时测量误差能达到0.2g之内。

Abstract:This design uses STM32 single chip microcomputer and AD7791 to realize the design of electronic scale. The load cell of strain bridge composed of resistance strain gauge is designed to collect the voltage signal of weight, and the front differential amplifier circuit is composed of two zero drift amplifiers ada4528. The differential filter and common mode filter are designed to effectively suppress the noise entering into AD7791. STM32 controls AD7791 through SPI interface to perform data A/D conversion, reading and counting According to the processing, the measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen. After the actual test, the measuring range of the load cell is between 1 g and 6 kg, and the measuring error can reach 0.2 g when the measuring range is within 10 g.
