产品网络计划及其算法的研究

摘    要:研究了产品网络计划及其特点,以实际应用为背景,提出了从工艺设计到产品网络计划的转换算法,通过分解工艺信息和物料信息,计算提前期和关键路径,完成从工艺设计到生产管理的产品网络计划的转换。另外,在产品网络计划的基础上提出了一个工时能力平衡的模型并设计了一个近似求解算法。设计实现的系统弥补了计算机辅助工艺规划无法和生产直接关联、生产计划管理系统又无法自动生成计划的缺陷,为工艺设计和生产计划建立起通信的桥梁,在实际生产中有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the application, the production network planning and its characteristics were researched. An algorithm converting from process design to production network planning was proposed. This converting procedure was completed by breaking down the information of processes and materials, so that the working procedure time and critical path were calculated. Analgorithm to the balance of man-hour capacity was proposed based on production network planning after a mathematical model proposed. The production network planning made up the limitation that Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) could not relate directly with production while the production planning system could not generate automatic plan, and linked process planning with production planning, which had a broad foreground in applications.
