设计知识集成的过程管理方法

针对产品设计过程中任务组织过度依赖经验、不易定量控制以及设计效率低下等问题,提出了一种变型设计中与设计知识集成的过程管理方法。通过引用可配置产品模型中的节点属性建立设计知识的一般模型,根据知识计算设计参数之间的迭代敏度并明确参数关联,进而得到初始的参数级设计结构矩阵。基于传统设计结构矩阵优化方法,提出知识集成环境下设计过程的分阶段任务重组及评价方法,最终得到任务粒度适当的设计过程规划。在此基础上,开发了通用的变型设计过程支持系统,以汽车减震器设计过程建模为例,说明了该方法的有效性。
