| 摘 要： | 为提高管理决策的速度和准确性,帮助管理者快速制定管理战略,提出了利用基于案例的推理技术制定利益相关者管理战略的方法.首先阐述了基于案例的推理技术的基本原理和处理过程,然后将基于案例的推理技术引入到利益相关者管理领域,提出利用基于案例的推理技术构建利益相关者管理战略的制定方法,建立了利益相关者管理战略支持系统的知识模型.该技术作为企业竞争情报的重要工具,可以为企业管理者提供战略的制定与实施;这种方法实用有效,能够帮助管理者在驾驭一个多利益相关者环境的同时创造价值. |
