The Development of the On-line Examination System for the Automotive Main Reducer Assembly

This paper introduces the constitution and technique realization of the on-line examination system for the main reducer assembly based on order analysis. The examination system is the last procedure of the flexible assembly line for the main reducer assembly. Order analysis is the core of the system. The system can examine general performance of several kinds of main reducer assemblies by real time acquisition, processing, display and store of rev, torque and signal of vibration datum. The system can give an evaluation on the performance of the production by the pre-set evaluation measure set before.
