巷道式堆垛机控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对柔性制造系统,论述了自动化立体仓库中巷道式堆垛机控制系统的原理、结构和特点,并对巷道式堆垛机的设计要点进行了分析和讨论。所提出的系统成功应用于现代制作系统实验中心的柔性制造系统中,实现了自动化立体仓库中的优化控制、优化运行和优化管理,取得了明显的应用成效。

Abstract:Aiming at the flexible manufacturing system, this paper introduces the control system of the lane stacker that is used in an automated storage and retrieval system. The structure features and designing essentials of the lane stacker are analyzed and discussed. The system proposed in this paper has been successfully applied to the flexible manufacturing system to realize process optimal control, process optimal operation and process optimal management. It has been proven to provide benefits to this system.
