摘    要:在吸收国内外先进顶驱经验的基础上,研制了DQ-600Y1连续管钻机专用顶驱装置。介绍了该顶驱的结构方案、技术参数及仿真计算,重点介绍了顶驱一体化分体游车、井架一体化的双导轨、分体式三维可调自润滑滑车等设计特色。计算结果表明,该顶驱的强度达到了设计要求,满足连续管钻机钻井工况的要求。

Abstract:DQ-600Y1 top drive system for coiled tubing drilling rig is designed based on advanced design concepts. The structural plan, technical parameters and strength analysis of the top drive are introduced. The split type travelling block,dual guide-rail mast design and all-direction adjustable self-lubed split type dolly, are presented. All the calculation shows that the design strength of top drive can meet the requirement of working condition of coiled tubing rig.
