| 摘 要： | 微型机械是在微电子工艺的基础上发展起来的多学科交叉的前沿研究领域，具有广阔的应用前景。文 中分析了微型机械的研究发展现状，并对其市场前景进行预测。提出微型机械技术产品产业化是微技 术发展的必然趋势，在我国实现微型机械的产业化具有一定的可行性和必要性。最后，对于产业化过程 中的一些相关问题提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Micromachine is an advanced interdisciplinary technology, and it has great prospect. The paper analyzes the state of research and development on MEMS, as well as its market prospect. It states that because of the inevitable tend for the industrialization of micromachine, it is both necessary and feasible for China to develop the industry of micromachine. In the end, strategies about some possible problems in the industrialization are proposed. |
