基于离心涡轮的液压柱塞泵自增压技术研究

摘    要:液压柱塞泵由于自身吸油特性不好,入口油压低时极易造成吸油不足产生气穴,引起振动和气穴噪声,对液压系统危害很大。而且入口吸油不足还极大地限制了泵工作转速的提高和减少使用寿命。文中研究在液压柱塞泵入口腔内集成离心涡轮,实现液压柱塞泵自增压。

Abstract:Because the oil absorbing capacity of the hydraulic piston pump is poor, it can easily cause the oil insufficiency when the oil pressure at the entry.h can cause cavitation, lead to vibration and cavitation noise, which do great harm to the hydraulic system. And the oil insufficiency at the entry limits the increasing of operating speed and the improvement of service life of the pump. This paper researches on integrating the centrifugal turbine into the inlet housing of hydraulic piston pump, which realizes self-pressurized of hydraulic piston pump.
