摘    要:介绍了传统手工方法修整砂轮的不足,阐述了数控砂轮修整器圆弧修整原理,通过合理选择砂轮修整参数和修形方式可提高砂轮表面修整质量,达到砂轮端面直角边圆弧修整的目的。

Abstract:This paper introduces the deficiencies of traditional methods which are used in grinding wheel trimming,then describes the trimming principle of NC dresser.The improvement of the parameters of grinding wheel trimming relating to the right methods of dressing are chosen.At last the aim of grinding wheel end surface at right angles to the arc edge dressing is attained.
