基于混沌搜索法兰支承液压缸的优化设计

摘    要:目前液压缸结构设计中,根据经验设计法确定的液压缸主要结构参数存在一些不足,而传统的优化设计也有它的缺陷,传统优化设计算法中如复合型法存在着局部最优现象,计算出来的结果并不是最优的设计方案,因此,基于混沌的遍历性、随机性、规律性等特点,编制混沌搜索的液压缸结构优化设计软件,并用此软件对某法兰支承油缸进行了优化设计。结果表明,利用混沌搜索优化方法设计的液压缸重量减轻了许多,优化效果明显。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of the conventinal way determing the princiipal parameter in strnctural design of fluid cylinder, there are some shortcomings, however the traditional optimal design also has its flaws. In the traditional optimization algorithms, such as the ('omplex method, there exists the phenomenon of local optimum. Therefore the resuhs of this traditional optimization design are not the optimalest design. Based on the course, probability and rule in chaos, a software of structural optimal design on chaos search was made, and optimal design of some type of flange supported fluid cylinder was done using this sofeware.lt turned out that the weight of fluid cylinder which was optimized with the optintal way on chaos search than before relatively, and the optimal effect was obvious.
