摘    要:介绍了全自动旋转式自动印花机动力机构的设计过程,在明确印花机旋转部件的动作要求及旋转方式的基础上,确定了机构方案以及具体的动作过程。在结构设计结束后,根据结构尺寸及运动学原理,计算电机负载,确定电机参数。实际应用证明该方案传动稳定、结构紧凑、成本低。

Abstract:The paper introduced the design process of the driving mechanism in the automatic revolving-printing machine. Making sure of its movements and action mode, the structure for this plan and its concrete movement were designed. After determining the driving mechanism structure, according to the size and kinematics principle, the load of motors is computed, definite motors parameter. Practical application proves that it is compact conformation, steady transmission and low-cost.
