微型电机轴的绿色加工方法

摘    要:介绍了一种微型电机轴的绿色加工方法,它突破了微型电机轴传统的加工方法,改车削两端半球面为冷镦,变外圆磨削为冷拉.由于是无切屑加工,节省了材料;由于取消了热处理,节省了能源;由于省去了磨削工序,节约了成本,减轻了对环境的污染,因而实现了微型电机轴的绿色加工.

Abstract:This paper introduced a green process method of miniature electrical machinery axle,which breaked through the traditional process method: it changes the turning both ends half a ball face for cold-heading,and becomes the outer circle to grinding to cold-drawing. Owing to being not having cuttings process,economize the material; Owing to having cancelled heat treatment,economize the sources of energy; Because not having had to grinding the process,practise thrift the cost,and has lightened the pollution to the environment,thus having realized that miniature electrical machinery axle green processes.
