| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了一种新型铁路货车轮对外形参数检测设备，它主要利用视觉系统进行非接触测量，通过工控机及PLC，实现了设备的自动化及信息化。重点介绍了设备的基本结构、控制系统、设备的工作过程。现场实践表明，该设备能够满足测量需求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of railway wheelset parameter-measuring equipment, which utilizes the visual system to get the non-contact measurement, and realizes the equipment automation by industrial computer and PLC. After describing the basic structure of the equipment, the control system and working process of equipment are introduced. The fieldwork shows that the equipment can meet measurement requirements. |
