摘 要: | 从结构设计、材料选择、阀门低温性能试验及检验等方面对LNG低温阀门展开研究,主要内容包括长颈阀盖结构设计、体腔防异常升压结构设计、防静电结构设计、低温环境下密封结构及防火结构设计、承压部件及内件材料选择、阀门低温环境下检验与试验分析等,为LNG低温阀门的产品设计、制造提供有意义的参考。

Abstract: | Researches on structure design、material selection、cryogenic test and inspection had been discussed,including the structure design of long-neck bonnet 、protection of unusual pressure-rise、anti-electrostatic、seal and fireproofing、material selection of pressure components and trims、cryogenic test and inspection,which provide the reference for the design and manufacture for cryogenic valve in LNG project. |
