变频矿用主通风机性能试验及非等比变化律研究

摘    要:利用自主研发的矿用主通风机试验平台,测定了变频K45-4-№9/18.5k W型轴流主通风机的风量和风压。通过分析试验数据,建立了5阶多项式的风量-风压关系式,并绘制了多变频率下的主通风机风量-风压曲线族。对比该曲线族与采用相似率方法得出的曲线族,发现随着变频频率值的减少,相似率的预测误差逐步变大;讨论了试验所得的变频主通风机特性曲线族上驻点,并建立了风量比与风压比的多项式关系,呈现出非二次方等比变化的特点。非等比变化律是变频通风机的固有运行特性。

Abstract:Adopted by experiment system of the mine main fan by ourselves,we have measured the air volume and air pressure of a frequency-varied axial main fan numbered K45-4-№9 /18. 5k W. Handled the data of the main fan experiment,the relations of flow and pressure( in short,H-Q) are fitted as 5 order polynomial function,and the H-Q curves of the main fan are drawn out by MATLAB. Additionally,the curves are drawn out with the method of fan law. Compared the curves originated from experiment with that of fan law,with the reduced frequency value,it is found that the errors of the fan law prediction increase gradually as the values of frequency-varied adjustment. Furthermore,the stagnation points of the curves originated from experiment are focused on,and the relationship between flow-varied ratio and pressure-varied ratio are fitted mathematically as polynomial functions. The functions are shown that the H-Q parameters of the main mine fan change with the non-common-ratio transformation law. The non-commonratio transformation law may be the inherent characteristic which is follow after fans adjusted by variable frequencies.
