磨料水射流仿真分析与试验研究

摘    要:为有效保持油田的稳产增产,磨料水射流技术逐渐被应用于油田生产。磨料水射流切割利用高速混砂液体的射流来完成切割作业,具有安全、多能、环保、便捷、高效的特点。本文对前混式磨料水射流切割的喷嘴结构进行了优化设计计算,采用计算流体力学的方法,利用CFD仿真软件,对不同喷嘴类型﹑喷嘴长度和不同锥角角度的喷头的工作情况进行数值模拟和仿真。对仿真结果进行分析并对不同喷嘴进行试验测试,得出了较好的锥直形喷嘴结构,为高效率与较好切割效果喷嘴的研制提供了依据。借助数学软件,对锥直形喷嘴的工作参数进行验证,得到切割深度与靶距、横移速度、压力的规律,证明仿真结果的准确性。

Abstract:In order to effectively maintain stable production and increase production of oil field,abrasive water jet technology is gradually applied in oil field production.Abrasive water jet cutting utilizes the jet of high-speed sand-mixed liquid to complete the cutting operation,and features safety,versatility,environmental protection,convenience and high efficiency.The nozzle structure of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting was optimized and calculated.The method of computational fluid dynamics and CFD simulation software were used to numerically simulate the working conditions of nozzles with different nozzle types,nozzle lengths and different cone angles.The simulation results were analyzed and the different nozzles were tested experimentally.A better conical straight nozzle structure was obtained,which provides a basis for the development of nozzles with high efficiency and good cutting effect.The working parameters of conical straight nozzle were verified,and the changing laws of cutting depth with target distance,transverse velocity and pressure were obtained,which proves the accuracy of simulation results.
