摘    要:针对泵站普遍因存在供需不平衡、管理差等而造成大量能源浪费的问题,对泵站系统扬程、效率偏差情况进行分析,明确了系统供需间的差异情况,利用灰色关联度法,对泵站目标电耗的影响因素进行关联度分析,确定了扬程、效率、流量3个影响因素关联度大小。建立以单位产量电耗最小为目标函数的优化调度模型,并结合泵站实际情况,运用人工蜂群算法(Artificial Bee Colony,ABC)进行寻优计算,得出运行优化方案,得到系统在不同流量、扬程需求下的最佳开机台数及调速比,表明了ABC算法在泵站优化的实用价值。

Abstract:For the problem of huge energy wastage due to imbalanced supply and demand and poor management generally existing in pumping stations,the deviations of lift and efficiency of the pumping station system were analyzed,and the difference between the supply and demand of the system was clarified.Using the gray correlation method,the correlation degree was analyzed for the influencing factors of the target power consumption of the pumping station,and the degree of correlations of the three influencing factors,i.e.,head,efficiency and flow,was determined.An optimal scheduling model with the minimum power consumption per unit output as the object function was established,and artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)was employed to perform optimization calculations based on the actual situation of the pumping station,and the operation optimization plan was obtained,and the optimal number of operating units and speed regulation ratio of the system under the requirements of different flow and head,which indicate the practical value of the ABC algorithm in pumping station optimization.
