一种基于变权AHP的故障模式与影响半定量分析方法

摘    要:针对传统故障模式与影响分析方法在实际应用方面存在的不足,提出了一种基于变权层次分析法的往复机械故障模式与影响半定量分析方法。采用变权层次分析法,从安全、环境、生产与维修四个方面对往复压缩机典型故障的影响进行半定量分析,将归一化后的故障影响指数引入改进的故障模式危害度计算模型,完成故障模式危害度分析。基于实际往复压缩机检维修数据完成验证计算。该方法相对传统故障模式与影响分析方法,在危害度分析精度方面有较好的效果,与机组实际检维修情况一致性较高。

Abstract:A semi-quantitative analysis method of failure mode and effects based on variable-weight and analytic hierarchy process( AHP) is proposed in this paper in order to improve the traditional failure mode and effects analysis method with deficiency in practical application. Using the variable weight of AHP,the semi-quantitative analysis is made from safety,environment,production and maintenance influences for typical faults of reciprocating compressor. The normalized fault influence index is introduced into the improved fault hazard degree of calculation model. Based on the actual reciprocating compressor maintenance data,the verification calculation is completed. Compared with the traditional FMEA,this method has better effect in criticality analysis accuracy and higher consistency with the actual inspection situation.
