摘    要:高速精密动力卡盘设计要求载荷大、变形小、安全系数高,通过建立高速精密动力卡盘在切削力作用下的卡盘高爪受力模型,分析了带离心力补偿机构的卡盘结构,并针对刚度对称的卡盘提出了精密的夹紧力损失模型,为动力卡盘的优化设计提供了重要的理论参考.

Abstract:It is different for power-operated high-speed precision chuck to meet the requirements such as enough load,small deformation,high safety coefficient.Aiming at this problem,it establishes the high-jaw chuck force model of the power-operated high-speed precision chuck under the action of the cutting,analyzes the chuck body structure with centrifugal force compensation,puts forward the precision of the clamping force loss model of the symmetrical stiffness chuck. This method provides an important theoretical reference for the optimization of power-operated chuck design.
