装备制造企业库存模式研究与软件实现

为了解决装备制造企业的高效库存管理问题，通过对制造业企业库存管理实际情况的调研与分析，提出了“广义库存”的管理思想，包含短周期生产模式下的库存存储策略、三类物料划分及其在库存盘点、期初数据处理中的应用等内容；设计并编程实现了库存管理信息系统，在大重集团减速机厂实施和应用中取得了满意的效果。

Research on Inventory Pattern and Realization of Inventory

In order to effectively manage the inventory in the manufacturing, it investigates and analyzes the real situation of inventory control, presents the idea of the Broad Sense Inventory Pattern, in which it includes the inventory control strategy under the short cycle Production Pattern, the classification of materials on their role in the production, and the application of those in making an inventory and the data processing. Based on this pattern, it designs the applied software (Inventory Management Information System) . The practice of the Inventory MIS in DHI shows that the approaches of the paper are effective and practicable.
