摘    要:针对采用惯量电模拟技术的汽车同步器试验系统研制 ,通过探讨同步器试验的特点和技术要求 ,开发了以自寻优方法实现前馈预控参数整定的复合控制系统。试验结果表明 ,以自寻优方法整定预控参数进行复合控制 ,不仅简单实用 ,而且前馈补偿控制效果良好 ,充分满足了同步器试验系统的技术要求。

Abstract:According to the development on synchronizer testing control system which the electric simulation for mechanical inertia is adopted, discusses the technical feature and technical requirement of the control system, and has developed the combined control system based on adaptive searching optimization of feedforward control parameters. The good results of test show that the feedforward control parameters turning using adaptive searching optimization method not only simple and applied, but also effective and feasible, and fully satisfies the technical requirement of synchronizer testing control system.
