摘    要:文章研究了脉冲氙灯瞬态在线检测系统对脉冲氙灯放电电压、电流和发光强度进行实时监测的方法和系统的结构 ,结合氙灯的瞬态放电特征 ,利用光电隔离、光纤传输、高速 A/ D采样等技术 ,获取氙灯瞬态放电数据。对计算机系统的控制功能进行工作线程划分 ,采取多线程工作模式 ,提高了系统的实时性和协调性 ,为大型激光驱动器能源系统的自动测控打下了良好的基础

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristic of the instantaneous discharging, this paper is about the real-time monitoring methods and the system structure of xenon lumps discharging volitage, current, lumination intensity when using the online controlling and measuring system. By using the photoelectric isolation, optic fiber transmitting, high-speed A/D sampling to obtain the data of instantaneous discharging and the multi-thread mode of computer, the real-time measuring and processing capability is enhanced, and establish the foundation of the automatic controlling and measuring of the great laser driver system.
