弯管非接触测量的一种新方法

采用半导体激光器和光敏二极管改进接触式弯管测量机的测量叉，实现对弯管的非接触测量。给出了测量原理，建立了数学模型，分析了该方法测量误差产生的原因，提出了提高测量精度的措施。与接触式方法进行了测量对比，结果表明该方法具有较高的测量速度与精度。

A New Approach for the Bent Tube Non-contact Measurement

In this paper,a new approach for the bent tube non-contact measurement is presented. Referring to thecontact type bent tube measuring machine,a probe,which is improved by the use of two laser diodes and two photodiodes,is used to achieve the non-contact measurement of the bent tube. The principles of the approach are introduced in detail and its mathematical moldel is developed. The causes of the approach,s errors are stated and themethods of bating errors are suggested. The two approaches of the non-contact measurement and the contactmeasurement are used to measure the same bent tube,the results show that the new approach's precision and efficiency are higher than that of the old approach.
