激光调阻机高精度可编程电压源的复频域分析

摘    要:论述了激光调阻机中用有源单臂电桥进行刻蚀电阻的原理 ,提出了在电阻测量时消除线电阻及其接触电阻的方法。在复频域对激光调阻机高精度可编程电压源电路进行了分析 ,得到消除线电阻及其接触电阻的结论 ,该方法对提高电阻测量精度 ,特别是提高低阻的测量精度有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The theory of resistance trim with active Wheatstone bridge in laser resistance trim system is described.The method of eliminating wire resistance and contract resistance in low resistance measure is proposed.High precision programmable voltage supply circuit of laser resistance trim system is analyzed in complex frequency domain,the conclusion of eliminating wire resistance and contact resistance is achieved,the method is valuable in the aspect of improving precision of resistance measurement,especially,improving precision of low resistance measurement.
