电梯导轨垂直度测量仪研究

摘    要:介绍了一种将激光技术和图像处理技术相结合的用于对电梯导轨垂直度进行测量的仪器。文中首先介绍了该测量仪的工作原理、软件设计方案,然后介绍了阈值分割、质心公式及霍夫变换等图像处理所用的算法。对于圆的霍夫变换,用对圆方程求导的方法将三维参数空间降低为二维处理,极大地降低了运算量。

Abstract:An instrument was developed to measure the verticality of elevator's guide way by combining laser technology with image processing technology. The paper introduced the instrument's work principle and software design scheme in detail. Then presented the algorithms such as threshold segmentation, centroid equation, Hough transform used in image processing.For the Hough transform of circle, the dimension of its parameter space can be brought down from 3 to 2 with the derivative of the circle equation and thus its calculating quantity can be reduced greatly.
