摘    要:以某公司辊底式连续热处理炉为研究对象,在详细分析其传热机理的基础上,建立了钢坯在炉内加热过程的数学模型,针对该炉型具有的紧凑、主要生产宽厚板、工艺复杂和混装现象严重等特点,提出了紧凑式宽厚板辊底式热处理炉连续和摆动优化加热控制策略.其中包括:钢坯运行控制策略、加热保温控制策略及其不同工艺不同规格钢坯的混装优化控制策略.运行控制策略涉及连续运行策略及摆动运行策略;加热保温控制策略涉及炉温优化设定、钢坯在炉加热保温时间设定及辊速设定;混装控制策略涉及炉温的动态叠加优化设定等.所开发的控制策略已成功地应用于某公司的辊底式连续热处理炉计算机优化控制系统中,取得了令人满意的控制效果.

Abstract:Based on analyzing heat-transfer mechanism of a roller hearth furnace used in certain company in detail, a heat transfer mathematical model for the heating slab is established in this paper. Continuous-heating and swingheating control strategies are proposed, which include slab movement control strategy, heating control strategy and mixed loading control strategy. The slab movement control strategy involves continuous and swing movement strategies ; the heating control strategy involves optimal setting of the furnace temperature, heating time and roller velocity ; the mixed loading control strategy involves the setting of the furnace dynamic temperature. These control strategies are successfully used in the heat treating roller-hearth furnace in certain iron and steel company, which achieves satisfactory control effects.
