摘    要:耳声发射是一种产生于耳蜗,经听骨链及鼓膜传导释放入外耳道的微弱音频能量,它提供了一种简便、快速、客观、无损地检测耳蜗功能的手段.为提高全功能耳声发射检测系统的便携性和减少噪声的干扰,开发了基于USB多媒体声卡的便携式耳声发射检测系统.结合前端硬件采集模块,在基于VC++ Studio 2005软件平台上,实现了对瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)和畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)信号的检测,并对系统进行了全面的定标校准和测试,实现了对OAE信号的全功能定量检测和分析.

Abstract:Otoacoustic emission (OAE) is an acoustic energy evoked from human cochlea and transmitted to the outer ear through ossicular chain and tympanum. It provides an objective, non-invasive and convenient way to detect cochlear function in a shorter time. To improve the removability and anti-noise ability, a portable OAE detecting system was developed based on personal computer and USB soundcard on VC++ Studio 2005 software platform. Both transient evoked OAE (TEOAE) and distortion product OAE (DPOAE) can be detected by the system. Also, the system performance is calibrated, thus quantitative detection and analysis for both TEOAE and DPOAE are achieved.
