一种新型工业内窥系统的设计与实现

作为NDT技术的分支，内窥技术从创建开始就一直在工业探伤、质量控制、产品评估等领域发挥着重要的作用。针对传统内窥技术所存在的无法定量测量和检测可达性差等缺陷，这里介绍的系统将立体视觉技术、图像处理技术等先进技术与内窥技术相融合，从硬件和软件两方面入手，研制开发出一套新型的基于立体视觉的内窥图像分析系统，实现了图像显示、深度测量和三维重建等创新性的功能。系统对我国自行研制新型内窥技术，提高工业内窥探伤和故障检测的水平，有着积极的推进意义。

The Design and Implement of a Novel Industrial Endoscopic System

As an embranchement of NDT,the endoscopy plays an important role in fields of industrial fault diagnosing, quality controlling and product evaluating from its beginning.The traditional endoscopy have many limitations,for example,incapable of measurement quantificationally and low accessibility of inspection.In order to improve them,the system combine many advanced theories such as stereo vision,image processing,etc. with the endoscopy in software and hardware sides.A novel endoscopic image analysis system based on stereo vision is developed and the some novel functions are completed,for example image displaying,depth measuring and 3D reconstructing,etc.The system has active meaning in accelerating the development of novel endoscopy by ourselves,improving the level of industrial fault inspecting and diagnosing.
