大间隙下的磁悬浮测控系统设计与研究

摘    要:大间隙 (如 :15 0~ 2 0 0 m m )下的稳定悬浮控制涉及两个方面 :一方面是磁悬浮控制系统能够产生足够大的磁力克服被控对象的重力和扰动 ;另一方面是选用何种传感器能够检测大的悬浮间隙并反馈给悬浮控制系统使被控对象稳定悬浮。采用激光光强检测技术和磁悬浮控制技术相结合 ,实现了一直径为 2 m、重 34kg悬浮间隙为 180 m m的大型地球仪稳定悬浮并使地球仪以每分钟 2转的速度稳定旋转。

Abstract:For large floating interval (such as:180mm) magnetic suspension system, there are two important problems should be taken much more attention for its system stability. The one is the magnetic system should provide enough magnetic force to balance the gravitational force and eliminate external disturbance. The other is how to select the sensor to measure such large floating interval. The laser light strength measure and magnetic suspension control are combined together to make a globe stably floating, which has 2m diameters and 34kg weight.
