F91锻钢阀焊接热影响区硬度异常的分析与处理

摘    要:针对火电厂管道用F91材质阀门与管道焊接相邻处存在硬度降低问题进行分析,确定了故障位置及原因,改进了阀门焊接与现场施焊工艺,阀门硬度达到标准要求。经验证,改进后焊接热影响区没有出现硬度降低问题,阀门运行良好。

Abstract:In this paper,the hardness of F91 material valve used for pipeline in thermal power plant is analyzed at the adjacent place of pipe welding,the fault location and reason are determined,the valve welding and field welding process is improved,and the valve hardness reaches the standard requirements.It has been proved that there is no hardness reduction in the heat affected zone of welding after improvement,and the valve runs well.
