摘    要:为实现对织机运行状态的实时监控,设计了基于ARM9的人机交互系统。首先以ARM9的处理器芯片EP9307为核心搭建了嵌入式硬件平台,并定制了Windows CE操作系统;其次结合喷气织机工艺参数以及实际操作状况,开发了人机交互界面;最后在Win CE5.0操作系统下开发了CAN驱动程序,实现了各模块间通信。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定、实时性强、操作简便、易于扩展及维护,具有良好的人机交互和通讯能力。

Abstract:Aiming at real-time monitoring the running on the loom,a human-machine interaction system based on ARM9 was designed.Firstly,the embedded system hardware platform was designed using microprocessor EP9307 as the core and the Windows CE operating system was customized.Secondly human-machine interaction was designed based on the parameters of the air-jet loom and actual operating conditions.Finally CAN driver was implemented in the Win CE operating system,thereby realizing communication between the functional modules.Test results show that,the system has a good ability of interaction and communication with the characteristic of stable operation,real-time,easy expansion and maintenance.
