摘    要:为了提高轴承检测系统的稳定性和降低检测系统的成本,介绍一种基于DSP和ARM的滚动轴承自动监测和故障诊断系统,该系统采用了轴承振动信号的时域参数法来判断轴承故障,使用共振解调的诊断方法来判断故障的类型。实际使用证明,该系统具有诊断的高效和技术先进性。

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and reduce the cost of the bearing fault diagnosis system,this paper introduces a bearing testing and fault diagnosis system based on DSP and ARM which uses the theory of time domain parameter of bearing vibration signals to judge whether the bearing has some problem and introduces resonance demodulation theory to judge the type of faults.The system proves its efficiency and superiority in practical application.
