| 摘 要： | 介绍直线电机应用在铺粉装置中的结构设计、控制电路的硬件设计及软件设计。采用了抗干扰能力强的西门子S7-200可编程控制(PLC)来实现铺粉装置运行的逻辑控制。通过样机实验，验证了直线电机在往返直线运动系统中应用的优越性，实现了智能铺粉的效果。
