伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的组成及其应用背景;比较了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器和传统电液伺服执行器各自的优缺点;基于AMESim仿真软件,建立了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的仿真模型和进行了系统动态性能的仿真;搭建了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的实验样机和开展了相关的实验研究。实验结果表明,这种伺服电机直驱式电液执行器能够满足电站等应用场合的实际需要。
