摘    要:在分析两轴联动切点跟踪曲轴随动磨削方法的技术缺陷基础上,系统地介绍了"三轴联动切点跟踪"磨削原理,给出了"三轴联动切点跟踪"曲轴随动磨削运动模型,概括了该原理在曲轴连杆颈和主轴颈磨削中的技术优势.并且通过高精度液体静压导轨、高刚性直线驱动技术和在线测量与误差补偿等关键技术的综合运用,成功地解决了超精密磨削加工中各运动部件动态性能及其对加工精度的影响,攻克了用普通刚玉砂轮高效率、高精度磨削曲轴主轴颈和连杆颈的技术难题.
