非球面加工机床的设计

摘    要:随着科学技术的发展,对高性能大型非球面零件的需求越来越迫切,同时对大型非球面零件的加工设备和加工工艺的要求也越来越高.文章介绍了一种集铣磨成型、研磨抛光为一体的大型非球面加工机床的设计过程.从分析大型非球面零件加工需求出发,介绍了机床的总体方案及关键零部件的设计,并给出了设计结果.结果表明该机床能够满足非球面加工的要求.

Abstract:Along with technology developing, we have more and more pressing requirement to the high - power and large - scale aspheric surface. At the same time, we have higher and higher demand to the relevant machine tools and processes. The paper introduces the development of a large - scale aspheric surface machine tool with functions of milling, grinding and polishing. On the basis of analyzing the requirement to the large - scale aspheric surface, the design of the collective precept and key components of the machine tool are introduced. The result shows that the machine tool can meet the requirement of machining aspheric surface parts.
