摘    要:快速、准确地自动聚焦是获取高质量图像信息的前提。现对基于ARM7处理器和CCD图像传感器的自动聚焦系统进行研究,对模拟视频信号滤波提取高频分量作为判据的方法进行探讨,根据实际需要进行滤波选频和带宽选择,对系统实现中的关键技术进行了详尽的分析讨论。同时,针对系统在自动聚焦过程中实际出现的问题,对聚焦评价函数和搜索策略进行了优化,使系统的聚焦更加准确,并给出相应的实验结果。实验表明,该方法提高了聚焦的精度和速度,并且已成功应用于显微镜自动调焦系统中。

Abstract:Quick and accurate auto-focus is the premise of obtaining high-quality images. This paper researches the auto-focus system which based on ARM7 processor and CCD image sensor, investigates a criterion for extracting high frequency components from analog video signal filtering, bases on the actual need to select filter frequency and bandwidth, and discusses how to achieve the key technology of the system. At the same time, according to the actual issues in auto-focus system, the paper optimizes the evaluation function and search strategy, makes the focusing system more accurate, and gives the corresponding results. The experiments show that the method enhances the accuracy and speed of the focusing, and the system has been successfully used in microscope automatic focusing system.
