摘    要:影响圆刻机精度的主要因素有:蜗轮蜗杆的精度、传动齿轮副及主轴旋轴精度。本文分析了上述各种情况和所产生的误差数据的特性,提出了保持圆刻机精度的几点建议。

Abstract:The dividing accuracy of a circular dividing machine is mainly affected by the worn and warmwheel, transmitting ratio of the gear unit and the spindle rotation accuracy. The characteristic of the error data is analyzed in this paper. Some methods about holding the accuracy of machine are suggested.
