摘    要:光学仪器能否精准装调对其最终呈现的成像质量及性能有着重要影响。针对光学相机装校的修切量检测,提出了一种用于微小距离测量的光路方案并设计了一款物像等距的有限远共轭光学系统,其放大倍率为1×,数值孔径为0.09,视场为0.5°。根据实际应用需要,制定合理的光学指标,利用光学设计软件Zemax进行系统的设计与优化。结果表明,有限远共轭光学系统各视场在160 lp/mm处的调制传递函数均接近衍射极限,且都大于0.3,各视场的均方根半径小于艾里斑半径,满足光学指标设计要求。搭建实验平台,对装配星敏感镜头和CCD相机的修切圈进行测量,实验结果符合设计要求。

Abstract:Accurate installation and adjustment of the optical instrument has an important impact on the final image quality and performance. This paper proposes a light path scheme for micro distance measurement and designs an object image for the trimming detection of optical camera installation and calibration. The equidistant finite distance conjugate optical system has a magnification of 1×, a numerical aperture of 0.09, and a field of view of 0.5°. According to the requiremebnts of the actual application, reasonable optical indicators are formulated, and formulated the optical design software Zemax is used to design and optimize the system. The design results show that the modulation transfer function of each field of view of the finite-distance conjugate optical system at 160 lp/mm is close to the diffraction limit, and they are all greater than 0.3. The root mean square radius of each field of view is smaller than the Airy disk radius, which meets the optical index design. In addition, the glass is a common material with low cost and easy processing. The experimental platform is built to measure the trimming circle of the assembly star sensitive lens and CCD camera, and the experimental results meet the design requirements.
