Abstract:Hartmann-Shack principle is introduced, after that, measurement errors resulting from the positioning errors of measured human eye have been analyzed and mathematical expressions about errors of myopia degree are deduced in process of wavefront aberrations measurement. Tolerance of positioning errors has been calculated according to the National Standard of Glasses (GB 10810-1996). This work has its practical means in improving the accuracy of ocular aberration measurement by using Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor. The results show that measurement errors will be increased depending on the degree of the measured eyes.
