摘    要:对LabVIEW软件的特点、功能作了阐述,介绍了其在旋风筒减阻装置研究开发实验中的具体应用。实践证明,采用LabVIEW数据采集分析系统,对实验及研发工作起到较大促进作用。通过试验研究,提出了一种旋风筒降阻新装置-弧形减阻疏导器,对1#、2#、3#减阻器的实验结果进行了分析,推导出弧形减阻疏导器的最佳匹配参数。

Abstract:Giving an introduction to the characteristics, function of the software of LabVIEW, and illuminating the specific application on the research experiment of developing the decreasing pressure equipment. It can be concluded from the research that it has a big promotion effect on the experiment and research by using the LabVIEW Data acquisition System. Trough the experimental research , a new style decreasing pressure equipment of Cyclone separator-arc inlet vane-is designed. On the base of analysis of the experiment result of the, 1 # ,2 # ,3 # arc-inlet vane , the best matching parameter of them is deduced and it has a perfect effect on the pressure drop and a satisfying effect on the collection efficiency.
