基于MODBUS协议的工业智能通讯模块的设计

摘    要:文中介绍了一种利用MSP430F149和RS-485总线为硬件基础,以标准的MODBUS通讯协议来设计的工业通用数据采集通讯模块。针时工业仪表标准的模拟信号和RS-232数字信号的输出,模块把从现场仪表采集的测量数据进行软件处理并以MODBUS通讯协议组网远传。其内部采用了有效的隔离措施,模块参数通过拨码开关、按键和指示灯来进行设置。实验证明:整个模块具有系统独立、低功耗、抗干扰能力强、通讯稳定可靠等特点。

Abstract:A way using MSP430F149 single-chip and RS-485 bus as the base of its hardware and the standard MODBUS communication protocol to design the universe data-acquisition and communication module was introduced.According to the output of standard analog signals and RS-232 digital signals of the industrial meters,the module can manage the data acquiring from the spot meters by software programming and then transmit them remotely based on MODBUS protocol.A kind of effective isolation measure has been taken in the module,and the module's parameters can be setup by dial switch,key-presses and indicator lights.The application result shows that the whole module has some traits,such as systematic independency,ultralow-power consumption,strong anti-jamming and steady communication.
