摘    要:根据火电厂化学车间的自动加药系统的要求,介绍采用基于PLC、变频器和上位监控组态软件等组成,采用变结构仿人智能控制算法的实用监控系统,具有可靠性高、适应性强、功能强大等优点。

Abstract:Introduced the development and application of automatic dosing system which resolves the key technical problems and improves the automation level in thermal power plant.The system applies control technology of PLC,frequency converter and computer,and the variable structure PID control algorithm based on the principle of human emulating intelligent control was used,It has proved that the system is excellent in function,with high reliability and flexibility.
