磁致伸缩位移传感器的研制

摘    要:磁致伸缩位移传感器是基于磁致伸缩效应原理实现位移测量的器件,由于磁致伸缩材质和扭转渡的传播特性,以及电子测量电路对于精确测时功能的实现,使得该传感器同时具有非接触、绝对式测量、精度高、测量大位移、寿命长、安装简便,适用范围广等优点。且受外界干扰小,能在恶劣的环境下工作,已在国外得到广泛应用,而国内还没有自主研发的产品。文中介绍了自主研发的磁致伸缩位移传感器的工作原理,传感器的电路部分设计,以及该传感器的相关性能测试和测试结果分析,最后给出了一些性能提升的方案。

Abstract:Magnetostrictive displacement sensor is based on the magnotostrictive effect principle. This is a sensor which has noncontact, high precision and wide measuring range and so on. Furthermore, it has tittle interference of the outside and can be used in rugged environment. It has now gotten extensive application abroad. But the product researched and developed by our own country is not still seen. Introduced mainly a magnetostrictive displacement measurement device that researched and developed autonomously, as well as the related performance of this sensor and the analysis of the test result.
