摘    要:介绍了具有多路数据采集、长线传输及实时监测处理等特点的存储测试系统。系统数据采集部分采用FPGA作为主控单元,结合外围控制电路将采集的模拟信号通过RS-485总线长线传输至高速读数装置,再由高速读数装置将数据通过USB控制器传送至PC机,并对其进行实时监测和分析处理。采用该方法设计的采集系统能有效完成多路数据采集及远距离传输的任务,且成功地用于某装置的输出信号检测。

Abstract:This paper introduced storage test system with the characteristics of mlti-channel data acquisition,long wire transmission and real-time monitoring and processing.In the portion of data acquisition,the FPGA was took as the main control unit,the acquisition system which composed of the FPGA and associated peripheral circuits can transmit analog signals to high speed reading device,then the data was transmited to the PC.The data gathering system which adopts this method can accomplish the multipath synchro image data gather and is used to detect the output signals of some device.
