摘    要:介绍了60T/h反渗透脱盐水系统的工艺流程及控制要求。设计了基于Profibus的现场总线控制系统。控制系统结构采用eView的MT510T触摸屏作为人机界面,S7300系列PLC作为控制核心,并采用德国WAGO的本安型现场总线I/O直接采集来自危险场所的仪表信号,优化了本安系统的配置,实现了来自不同生产商的设备之间的互操作。通过在清江石化应用证明:该系统经济适用,运行可靠,控制精度高,能够满足生产工艺的要求。

Abstract:Technical flow and control requirements for 60T/h reverse osmosis(RO) desalination process were introduced.One fieldbus control system(FCS) based on Profibus was designed.The control system was integrated by eView MT510T as human machine interface(HMI),Siemens S7 300 as control master and WAGO I/O 750 with intrinsic safety as slave.System configuration was optimized through interoperation between devices from different manufacturers.It is proved by application in Qingjiang Petrochemical that the FCS can meet the technical requirements with availability and reliability.
