高精度微波湿度测量仪

摘    要:介绍了湿度测量的现状,说明了微波湿度测量的基本原理,并进行了湿度测量仪的设计。提出了一种与密度无关的湿度检测算法,建立起微波参量与湿度之间的线性关系,设计了一种快速高精度检测电路,对微波透过被测物后的衰减和相移进行检测,从实验结果来看达到湿度测量的目的。

Abstract:The status of humidity measurement and the basicprinciples of microwave humidity measuring were introduced,and the hu- midity measuring instrument was designed. The humidity detection algorithm which is unrelated with density was established, the linear re- lationship between microwave and humidity was set up, and a fast high precision measurement to measure the attenuation and the phrase shift was designed. The experimental results proved that it can measure the humidity.
